It was the horn section.
She knew it. They were blowing it.
And not in a good way.
She wanted to leave but, the rehearsal had become something of an event.
The percussionists were out back smoking Marlboro's with the reporters.
She tapped her foot. Then plucked the strings of her violin.
It made pleasant sounds.
She wanted a ham sandwich and a diet Pepsi.
