Moleskine Madness...Old Stones!

The bones had been lying in the closet for only two days.
That was forty eight hours too long as far as she was concerned.
Why the need to collect these items of dust and old glory was beyond her imagination.
Were they worth the time spent in search of vague dreams and sinister sport?
She touched the shiny smooth surface of the femur.
A smile came across her face. She knew what to do.

Have a millionaire Monday!

Moleskine Madness...Dirty Water!

No sensation was as sweet as the glow of the diamond bright.
It would tend the day and brighten the night.
Only through the time of low intent and drought.
Was the diamond not the center of attention, no doubt.

Have a smaller Sunday!

Moleskine Madness...Old Fried Lace!

They never spoke anymore and the tension was becoming too much for the hamster to bear.
Even the floor had thoughts of walking out and finding a new home.
Where were the children that had promised the future in sweet daze of peppermint and sage?
Did the rodent suggest that the hats were off?
None of the questions could be answered as the night was not as dark as it had been.
Only the gray remained.

Have a subtle Saturday!

Moleskine Madness...Just Bacon!

The bribe had been offered in the only passionate way that could be understood.
She held back and sat with hands on her lap in a ancient maternal pose that proclaimed her ambivalence.
The duality of existence was projected on her frontal lobe in neon colors with hot chili sauce.
This was the turning point and either way, her life would never be the same.
The world kept spinning and gravity churned.
She was almost there.

Have a fair Friday!

Moleskine Madness...Shoot Hoops!

The doves cooed in a fashionable fate of wind.
It made my heart warm and yet froze the extremities of my soul.
Knowingly, the humidity of the day was not so kind to greet the aim of the brave.
Giving me the effort and feeling of lifelessness in motion.

Have a thinner Thursday!

Moleskine Madness...Overdue!

Dance!
Dance!
Dance!
Until your heart drops its pants!

Have a weebly Wednesday!

Moleskine Madness...Hat Trix!

During the end of the great stride the bounty of fat grains became increasingly wide.
They were greatly prized by the people and were saved like precious things of past grandmothers. Though the time came when what was said adjusted the rates of the grain. It soon was worth the price of a small rodent like dog that was incontinent on the kitchen floor.
Then history stopped for at least ten minutes.

Have a tabulated Tuesday!

Moleskine Madness...Jacks Are Wild!

When the back pain started he was not alone.
Being recently named the official keeper of the sacred chalice, he knew the entire village was with him.
The chalice was his protection from the pain. And the village would always be there in its societal wisdom. He was happy in the thoughts that came and felt the energy of the ritual.
It was now the future of his days.

Have a moderate Monday!

Moleskine Madness...Intrigue!

She wasn't really positive about what was going on with him.
What was that look that he gave her?
Was it nothing? Or something?
Was he laughing at her or subtly teasing her?
She knew that she liked him and despised him.
Was that a different form of love?

Have a sensitive Sunday!

Moleskine Madness...Baking Run!

She was searching for something different in the grocery isle when she met the strange little duck that was mumbling to himself in the corner.
"Why are you here?" She asked the Duck.
The Duck turned to her and pointed.
She turned to look and on the shelf was a large can of shaving cream. The duck grinned and saluted.
Her eyes conveyed the confused look; as the duck waddled past her and out of the store.
"Ducks are freaking weirdos!" She mumbled to herself.

Have a celebratory Saturday!
That has become a Sunday!

Moleskine Madness...Golden Thoughts!

Once again the time came for the walk in the park.
The day would not be complete without the exercise.
It gave everyone involved an escape for the pent up energy that had gathered during the afternoon.
It made the evening relaxed and mellow.
And sleep came easy.

Have a fun and free Friday!

Moleskine Madness...Open Dreams!

The alarm went off and he jumped into the garden.
The plants needed watering and a very slight pruning before the guests arrived.
It was only to be a short nap. It lasted all afternoon.
He was still groggy and needed a shower before the soiree.
The dog acknowledged his smell and retreated to the safety of the kitchen.
Where the aromas were more to her liking.

Have a third Thursday!

Moleskine Madness...Bright Times!

If the horn was the portal to the heart of the street?
It would deplore the creation of hate and seek the great return of worship.
Feeling like the only cow to give sour cream that is to become one of the old crows, it gave us sounds that make the body shrill with fate and can never be fraudulent.
Blow the horn. Blow the horn.
It is the only real sign.

Have a weedy Wednesday!

Moleskine Madness...Totally Naked!

If and when the true nature of the blind weasel comes to the door, the old man will have to leave.
Because the time of the dog is not the real faucet of the north.
Seeing the bright fork in his eyes, the old man will go to the southern sky.
The weasel has seen the days of fat and sizzle.
Leaving all of us to question what was the knowledge of the jesting pig?

Have a trophy Tuesday!

Monday, June 16, 2014

Moleskine Madness...Flying Foot of Fate!

Those feet are flying to the job!

Have a mighty Monday!

Sunday, June 15, 2014

Moleskine Madness...Tie Died!

His portrait was the same.
It was the one used at his funeral.
As well as his promotion at work.
It was his death.
It was his life.
All the same portrait in time.

Have a sedated Sunday!

Saturday, June 14, 2014

Moleskine Madness...Cherubic Smiles!

It was not the right time for the magic to appear.
Things were in a state of flux and the magnets had not been adjusted to the right angle.
Yet, there they were, both unannounced and in the room.
Where they wanted to be.

Have a selective Saturday!

Friday, June 13, 2014

Moleskine Madness...Gandhi Says So!

Really, Gandhi said this.
Must be true!
I would not want to argue with the man.
I apologize for my poor caricature.

Have a fearless Friday!

Thursday, June 12, 2014

Moleskine Madness...Fried Snow!

She was part of a team and they were winners.
All extremely capable and talented in their own fields.
They walked, talked, and thought together.
Then the night came and the wolf appeared.
Snow fell and bodies were frozen.
The wolf grew fat.

Have a thawing Thursday!

Moleskine Madness...Way Strange!

And the poet wrote the effigy with great strife.
The life that had been led was not what it seemed.
Time spent in monastery and prison had made his outlook cynical and his pen just.
Fleeing the paper with orange light only made it increase its pain.
He tried again. He was a poet after all.

Have a willful Wednesday!

Tuesday, June 10, 2014

Moleskine Madness...Only One!

Somedays, when I'm sitting here, life is so peaceful that death seems a mere afterthought. Then there are other days. The ones where the noise from the conflicts that rise in emotional intensity become overpowering. Inflicting my soul with heart wrenching anguish. Those are the days that get stuck in memory and take weeks to recover from. But, from which, I do return.
Perhaps no wiser but, a little stronger.

Have a trucking Tuesday!

Monday, June 9, 2014

Moleskine Madness...Road Trip!

Moving through the back roads meant seeing the herds of Round Bleeches that filled the Orange Plains.
The Bleeches would gather to eat the blooms from the Sypla beds on the plains.
Consuming the entire field and leaving only the waste product behind.
This was a problem, as the sticky stuff would adhere to the tracks and tires of the vehicles.
They would have to be cleaned often.
Coincidentally, the Bleech waste made a good cleanser too.

Have a motorized Monday!

Sunday, June 8, 2014

Moleskine Madness...Unimagification!

The technosage was impressed by his own design.
The voyage had been a success and visiting that odd dimension where the hamsters were the intelligent species on the planet had yielded results.
The equations were subtle and in his mind they were like divine mantras.
The symbols came in his sleep.
Haunting him with their potential for change.

Have a mathematical Sunday!

Friday, June 6, 2014

Moleskine Madness...Grabbit!

He just grabbed it and ran.
He didn't know exactly where he would go.
The destination was out there somewhere.
It was good that he had a new pair of shoes.

Have a frappe Friday!

Thursday, June 5, 2014

Moleskine Madness...New Order!

The technology made the lives of the people easier.
Pushing the buttons to get their satisfaction immediately.
The buttons often broke.
There was no one to repair them.
Satisfaction was no longer guaranteed.

Have a thrilling Thursday!

Wednesday, June 4, 2014

Moleskine Madness...Eek the Kwean!

It was my first audience with the Kwean.
She smiled at me a knowing smile that said you are my subordinate.
I told her the tale of her future and she listened intently.
The future was full of wealth, happiness, and of course children to be the heirs of the kingdom.
Of course, I told her what she wanted to see and hear.
Only I knew, as I chuckled to myself on the way home, that her children would be her undoing.
The kingdom was really mine.

Have a very wide Wednesday!

Tuesday, June 3, 2014

Moleskine Madness...Going Buy!

It wasn't what they said that was painful but, they way that it was said.
It was the way the truth had been twisted to become a self serving vessel of righteousness.
Would they believe?
A few would. Then there would be those that would be cautious.
And a few that would understand that the reality was entirely different.
They weren't particularly brave.
Just extremely honest.

Have a truthful Tuesday!

Monday, June 2, 2014

Moleskine Madess...Foot Ears!

The calculator did things his own way.
People only visited the calculator at the center of the interyear because of the payable diet that had been instituted by the new Emperor in his almighty wisdom and grace.
The calculator was needed and he knew it.
He did things his own way.

Have a monkey Monday!

Sunday, June 1, 2014

Moleskine Madness...Sticks Without Stones!

It was unknown to the outcasts of the burrow.
They never thought to ask about the thunder in the silence of the forever trunk.
Only in the sight of the old mustard did it become obvious that it was something different.
To become older and wise it refused to sigh.

Have a slippery Sunday!
