Somedays, when I'm sitting here, life is so peaceful that death seems a mere afterthought. Then there are other days. The ones where the noise from the conflicts that rise in emotional intensity become overpowering. Inflicting my soul with heart wrenching anguish. Those are the days that get stuck in memory and take weeks to recover from. But, from which, I do return.
Perhaps no wiser but, a little stronger.
